Small World Coffee is committed to promoting employees from within and creating a work experience that has the potential to grow into a career in the coffee industry. We require a minimum of a one year commitment. However, we have a strong preference for individuals who are interested in our industry and learning from our rigorous and in-depth training program. We do not hire temporary or seasonal employees.
